Undertaking

I understand the MAP regulation and the associated cost for getting the meter under MAP. I am informed and ready to pay all the costs as approved by NERC. I also Undertake that wiring in the premise is certify by the NEMSA certified/ registered electrical contractor in accordance with NEMSA guidelines and company will not be held liable for any loss whatsoever arising out of any defect in wiring installation.
